
Yoshihiko Koga, a professor at Tokyo’s Kyorin University, suggests that eating ice cream for breakfast improves people’s alertness and mental performance.
According to the Metro, the scientist carried out some experiments where participants ate ice cream after waking up and were given a series of mental exercises on the computer. He found out that those who didn’t eat ice cream didn’t do well as those who did.
Isn’t that wonderful, having a good reason for eating ice cream first thing in the morning? Some of us don’t mind at all!
