Chris Brown has unveiled the tracklist for his upcoming 27-song album BROWN (an acronym for “Break Rules Only When Necessary”), which is set for release this Friday, May 8, 2026. The project features a star-studded lineup of collaborators, including Vybz Kartel, Sexyy Red, Leon Thomas, Bryson Tiller, Fridayy, GloRilla, Lucky Daye, Tank, and YoungBoy Never Broke Again, building anticipation for one of his most feature-packed projects yet.
The rollout has already delivered two singles “Obvious,” released in April, and “Fallin’” featuring Leon Thomas, which dropped on May 1, 2026.
Beyond the album, Brown is set to hit the road with Usher for “The R&B Tour,” kicking off June 26 at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver. The 33-date North American run will hit major cities like Detroit, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles before wrapping up in Tampa on December 11, 2026.
This follows the success of his previous project, 11:11 (Deluxe), which earned him the Grammy Award for Best R&B Album in 2025.
Chris Brown has released 11 studio albums so far and is set to drop his 12th, BROWN, on May 8, 2026. His discography began with Chris Brown (2005) and continued with Exclusive (2007), Graffiti (2009), and F.A.M.E. (2011), the latter earning a Grammy Award for Best R&B Album. He followed up with Fortune (2012), X (2014), Royalty (2015), Heartbreak on a Full Moon (2017), Indigo (2019), and Breezy (2022). His most recent project, 11:11 (2023), saw its deluxe edition win the Grammy Award for Best R&B Album in 2025, further cementing his longevity ahead of the upcoming BROWN release.
