Two weekends ago, Africa Magic debuted a brand-new reality TV show titled Love Come Back and it’s literally like nothing we’ve ever seen on Nigerian Television. The show hosted by Ibrahim Suleiman is a relationship-based reality show that gives participants the chance to get back into a relationship with an ex-lover through grand gestures orchestrated by Ibrahim and the Love Come Back team.
In Episode 1, we met Austin, a model and businessman, who was trying to win back the love of his ex-girlfriend, Nonye, an upcoming fashion designer.
His previous personal efforts to get back with her had proved futile so he turned to Ibrahim and the Love Come Back team to intervene. They decided to surprise Nonye with a well-thought-out grand gesture – a photoshoot session styled by popular designer, Ejiro Amos Tafiri to help boost her fashion brand. It wasn’t easy but they eventually got Nonye to have a change of mind, and the exes walked out of the show a happy couple.
In Episode 2, Femi who wasn’t making time for his relationship with his girlfriend, Precious realized the error of his ways after she ended things with him and blocked him from contacting her. The Love Come Back team waved their magic wand and all was good in the Femi-Precious ville again.
Love Come Back is relationship TV at its finest with a good dose of Nigerian pop culture. From Ibrahim’s liberal quips, to the hilarious and downright dramatic love stories and the grand gestures to win back exes, the first two episodes have got us hooked on the show and we can’t wait for what is to come.
Love Come Back airs on Sundays at 6:30 PM on DStv Channel 151 for Premium and Compact Plus customers.
