From the impressive LAMB cypher courtesy of Chocolate City and their currently-running tour to the ongoing triple homicide challenge spearheaded by Ladi Poe, it appears Nigerian rappers are holding no barrels in 2019.
Revered emcee, Terry Tha Rapman has also joined the league of rappers that are currently fanning the flame of Nigerian hip hop with the release of a new single, Messi Ronaldo alongside Pherowshuz.
As the title suggests, the song finds the two establishing a statement of greatness, referencing the co-existence of football greats, Lionel Messi and Christiano Ronaldo.
The said record is off their forthcoming joint album dubbed For The Culture scheduled to drop on Friday, February 15, 2019.
According to the press statement made available to NET; “For The Culture, is a collaborative project between two of Nigeria’s elite rappers, Terry Tha Rapman and Pherowshuz… It is a body of work that showcases T.R and Phero’s dope skills on the mic. With amazing wordplay and amazing penmanship, they construct some of the best songs of their illustrative careers.”
The forthcoming album comes after their award-winning decade-old single dubbed, Sample featuring Stereo Man.
