It was a special moment for Loopy Music act, Ruby Gyang, as she had the opportunity to sing on stage with African music legend Youssou N’dour.
On Sunday, February 24, 2014, Ruby performed one of N’dour’s songs, ‘7 seconds‘, with him. The song was originally done by Youssou N’dour and Neneh Cherry.
‘I was ten years when I first heard that song. Almost twenty years later, I’m standing beside him on stage singing it. I was ecstatic. It was a dream I never even dared to have, that came true,’ Ruby said of the experience.
