Rihanna makes emotional plea to fans as backup dancer goes missing

Rihanna took to her Instagram page to plead with fans who might have any information on her missing backup dancer, Shirlene Quigley‘s whereabouts.

The 32-year-old dancer was reportedly last seen getting on a bus at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City at about 1a.m. on Sunday.

‘This beautiful soul, and former dancer of mine is MISSING!!! My heart aches thinking of how heavy this is on all who love her! If anyone has seen or has any information on @shirlenequigley’s whereabouts …..
PLEASE CONTACT the North Bergen Police Department 201 392 2100 !!!!’ she wrote.

The missing lady, who is also a dance teacher has worked alongside stars like Beyonce, Missy Elliot and Jamie Foxx.

Missy also took to her Instagram page to implore people to not hesitate to report anything they might find regarding the case

This is @shirlenequigley she’s been missing since Friday she is so loved & we pray for her safe return.. if u have any information or seen her please contact North Bergen police 201-392-2100 she was last seen at 12:55 am at Port Authority. Need help from the whole Dance Community to spread the word! Those who have met her know her spirit is always bubbly and kind & uplifting energy! Sending countless prayers

According to NBC, Shirlene’s father first got worried when his daughter, who usually called him at 6p.m. everyday didn’t check in as usual.

Police later found her phone at a bridal store in Chelsea, New York.

It was also reported that she’d been acting ‘euphoric’ and had told a friend to “Get ready, it’s about to happen and I’m going to need you to sub for me” which was really odd.

Police are calling on anyone with information on anything at all regarding the case and are hoping that she is found and returned back to her family safe and sound.
