Movies, dramas and series are created to mirror happenings in the society and in most cases, they hit the nail on the head. Red TV’s new show, Assistant Madams attempts to show how the ‘big girls’ get the ‘big men’ to maintain their ‘big lifestyles’.
What they succeeded in doing is creating different ways to access these ‘big men’. Following the series will leave you feeling inspired if you like that sort of thing.
Synopsis
Three women from completely different backgrounds, motivated by different things, come together with the common goal of taking from men.
Their ring leader, Chioma (Osas Ighodaro) is on the prowl to give men a taste of their own medicine after she was abandoned at the altar by her fiance. The other is Lara (Tana Adelana), a spoilt rich girl with a ‘prove daddy wrong’ complex. She needs to maintain a lifestyle her dad would not ordinarily support and prove him wrong along the way. She uses men to achieve short and long term goals. The last, Tamara (Sophie Alakija) is from a poor home, a hustler, she actually needs the money. She is your typical small girl with a big god and all she wants is to be rich and famous.
Tactics
Each girl uses different tactics to get what she wants, at least, until they team up and become powerful as a team.
Chioma is a researcher. She works with a cracker to get information on her victims and uses this to win them over. She gently eases into their lives by being exactly what they like and makes sure to get all she wants without even sleeping with them. Lara uses her name, brains and breeding to get all she needs. She loves the chase and doesn’t mind a good rump in the sheet if she has to. Tamara will do what she has to get what she wants, including sleeping with anybody. All she needs is a way in and she always finds it.
Power In Unity
Individually, these girls could get anyone they wanted, usually at a price. But as a team, they were ‘almost’ unstoppable. When they decided to come together after what appeared to be a chance meeting, they switched things up.
If you are team ‘I want a sugar daddy but I don’t want to have sex with him’, Assistant Madams has got a tactic for you too. The girls did some research, created a list of terminally ill billionaires and came up with plans on how to get some money from them before they died. They found the perfect list of sugar daddies, a way into each of their lives, manipulated them and got a piece of their fortunes.
End Game
Every tactic they worked came up with but they all had driving forces behind them. The less you have, the more work you need to do to get your perfect sugar daddy. The girls are still on their journeys but one thing’s sure, their Assistant Madam ways are bound to catch up with them but you have to watch it so see what happens. I’m no snitch!
