If you watch Nigerian music videos on a regular, you must have come across her pretty face and dashing figure.
Her name is Venita Akpofure better known as Veezee Baybeh and she is Nigeria’s hottest video vixen.
Interestingly, Vezee who hails from Delta State says she doesn’t like being referred to as just a video vixen; she’d rather you call her an all round model.
Akpofure had her primary school education at ‘Our Lady of Apostles‘ in Benin City and finished at ‘Our Lady of Lourdes‘ in London. She also attended a private English school St. Dunstan’s and finally graduated from the University and Hertfordshire where she studied Fashion and Marketing.
She first caught our attention when she landed the lead role in rapper Skales ‘Mukulu’ video last year. She has since gone on to work with some of the biggest Nigerian artistes including 2face (Ihe Neme), Ice Prince (Magician Remix feat Gyptian), IceBerg Slim’s (Too Much money feat Banky W), Hakeem da Dream (Scoobi Doo ft eLDee) and most recently Psquare (Alingo).
Veezee has also tried out acting, working with comedian AY on his first sitcom ‘AY’s Crib’ which will premiere this December. She sees singer Beyonce and the late Marilyn Monroe as her biggest inspirations.
