British actor, Idris Elba, has been named as the sexiest man alive in 2018 PEOPLE Magazine. He was named during ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’.

Elba, 46, who was not physically present, said he is more than happy to wear the mantle of “Sexiest Man Alive.” He said, he’s honoured and his mum would be very proud.
