Nicki Minaj posted Instagram photos of the plunging red Alexander McQueen gown she wore to her brother Jelani Maraj’s wedding on Saturday at Coral House in Baldwin. But her stylist apparently had an $11,000 (N2.1m) Emilio Pucci backup that inadvertently got left behind.
Nicki was reported to be at Coral House in the Big Apple to watch her brother Jelani tie the knot and she looked stunning in a plunging red dress with a thigh-high split, with the glittering gold Pucci gown.
Nicki had decided not to wear the bronze frock as she didn’t want to upstage the bride on her big day and ended up leaving it in a bag in the bridal suite.
Sharing a snap from the big day, she heaped praise on her sibling: ‘I would cross the ocean for u. I would go & bring u the moon. Promise u. For u I will. I love my brother so much man.
‘Can’t believe I cried during his wedding and his first dance like a punk. May God bless him and his union. Tonight has been one of my favorite nights of all time. I do anything to see my brothers smile. (sic)’
