Stan Iyke, another artiste coming off the stables of C.A.M.P (Cobhams Asuquo Music Production) should simply be described as a breath of fresh air. C.A.M.P who have brought to the limelight awesomely talented acts like Bez and Omolara put Stan on their team after listening to his melodious songs and not-very conventional lyrics
The eccentric ‘Lovequito‘ is an out of the box kind of song. Startling right from the start, Stan’s unusual singing style on the Cobhams production pulls one’s attention to notice the very African sound we have soon forgotten over the years. Strings and drum loops sounding everywhere, the three and a half minute piece calls a more than one play.
