In music, doing the unconventional could be quite risky; you could turn out to be the messiah who brought forth a new genre or turn out to be the laughing stock of your peers. Well, like Terry Tha Rapman once rhymed, the biggest risk in life is never taking a risk.
It’s hard to classify what style Nigerian singer Pelli does but it sounds good; patios lingo infused with pop synths and afrocentric drum loops…brilliant!
Pelli brings all that on ‘Dance‘, an ode to the club floor.

The dude is indeed a messiah…heard a recorded jonzing freestyle of him on a friends phone…Dude can sing
