Ever since Femi debuted in 2009 with his single ‘ Never felt love like this‘, it has placed him above many of his counterparts, who still find it hard to master the ‘RnB’ genre. He has gone ahead to release the final two singles off his forthcoming debut, ‘Capital F.E.M.I, The Year of R’n’B”
On ‘Capital F.E.M.I’, which sounds like a possible intro to the album, Femi gives a quick recap on his music and how he has steadily won hearts with it .With a bragging tone, he takes a lay back approach on the soothing instrumental but easily passes the message along.
‘Playlist‘ brings a dark tune, with heavy brass tones but with a pop feel. Femi urges his fans to have his song on their music rotation, his voice which is a little altered with an auto tune effect fits in just as easily as the previous songs. This one’s definitely for the clubs.
