No matter who you are or how seriously you take yourself, you are bound to have come across one of Nigerian actor and rapper, Charles Okocha‘s hilarious viral videos, online or offline.
Last year he made waves with his unmistakeable ‘Shove it up your ass‘ and ‘Amoshine‘ skits. In 2018, he has gone a step further by including a voice in the background -a hypeman if you please- whose adlibs have been almost more hilarious than Igwe 2pac’s chants.

As the popularity of the actor continues to soar on daily basis, fans of the duo have shown interest in knowing the identity of the hypeman, which before now has remained a ‘secret’.
Well, that’s until now! The name of Igwe 2Pac’s hypeman is ‘Boy Wonder’.
Boy Wonder who’s real name is Nnamdi Christian Asiabaka is a budding afro-pop artiste. In 2016, he released a song 2016 titled ‘Special Somebody’. The song gave him a level of acceptance which saw him grace the stage of the AFRIMMA Music Village in November 2016. He has since become a voice that is looked forward to in any of Charles’s videos and with his catchy wavy adlibs, both men have developed a unique comic art that is earning them a steadily growing fanbase.
Although there’s an Instagram account dedicated to Charles Okocha’s Hypeman, it appears that his music career may need to take a backseat to being Igwe 2pac’s hypeman. That’s what’s bringing him the accolades!
