Popular Nigerian blogger, Linda Ikeji is trending on social media right now.
This is as a result of mixed reactions trailing her loss at the ongoing 2016 MTV Africa Music Awards in South Africa.
The flamboyant blogger was nominated in the ‘Personality of the Year‘ category alongside alongside Pearl Thusi (South Africa), soccer player Pierre Emerick Aubameyang (Gabon), middle distance runner and Olympic gold medallist Caster Semenya (South Africa), and Wizkid (Nigeria).

The award was won by 2016 Olympic gold medalist Caster Semenya.

While fans of Linda Ikeji are not quite happy about it, others feel she doesn’t even deserve to have been nominated.
