Ludacris has been sued over lyrics from his hit song ‘Sex Room’ by Marvo, a rapper from Chicago who claims he is the composer.
According to TMZ, Marvo claims he worked on the original composition with producer Kajun who sold the song without his consent in 2009 and apart from changing some parts of the original, Ludacris was said to have used most of the main lyrics.
‘Sex Room’ is the third single off Luda’s seventh studio album ‘Battle of the Sexes’.
Marvo is suing for an unspecified amount but it’s most likely to include unpaid royalties.
