Kidnappers kill driver, abduct kids in Benin

Another tragedy struck in Benin – city today September, 24, 2012, when a company of suspected kidnappers abducted two children of a businessman Juande Iyamu, killing his driver in the process.
PM news reports that the incident took place close to Iyamu’s residence at Iguose behind 7UP Bottling plant between 7.30 am and 8.00am when the driver was taking the children to school.
It was gathered that the driver may have argued with the dare-devil men leading to him being shot at close range. NET gathered he was dead before help could arrive.
The father of the children has condemned the incessant growth of crime and insecurity in the country.
The abductors are yet to contact the family of the children.
