American singer Kesha will have to testify under oath over the allegations of sexual assault she made against producer, Dr Luke after his legal team filed for an order.
The ‘Tik Tok’ hitmaker has been issued with a summon by the court, which requires her to be questioned in an on-camera deposition in June in New York City about the claims she has made against the producer, the Mail Online reports.

Kesha previously claimed she was told she could leave her contract with Sony Music if she publicly admitted she lied about being raped.
However, a spokesperson for Dr Luke denied the allegations made against him, claiming the singer’s comments are just a publicity stunt.
Popular music stars including Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande and Lorde took to Twitter with kind words, while Taylor Swift supported the singer with $250k after she was denied release from producer’s record label in court on Friday, February 19.
