When Hilda Baci was announced as the host of this season of MTN Y’ello Star, we were very excited.
Hilda is known for her fashion choices as well as her presenting skills. Mixing the two is a sure recipe that ensures your eyes never leave the screen.
Her stylist for the show was Rhoda Ebun, and we must say that Hilda made all the right choices. From the first night till date, Hilda has wowed us every time. Here are her top 5 looks that we absolutely love.
1. The Blue Opening Gala Dress
This is one of her best looks on the Y’ello Star stage. The beautiful blue dress is by ‘KO by By Kiki Okewale’ and it is stunning. The off-shoulder sleeves paired with the thigh-high slit made for an alluring combo.
In a certain light, the dress looks purple, which gives it a whole other level of fantastic.
2. The Golden Makioba Dress
We can’t get enough of this dress by Makioba. The fabric is so shiny, and the velvet cinch at the waistline accentuates Hilda’s figure. The puffed sleeves also lent a dramatic flair to the entire look.
3. The Purple K.O Gown
We’re almost sure there was a standing ovation when Hilda walked out in this ‘KO by By Kiki Okewale’ dress. Where do we start? From the satin sleeves to the skirt of the gown that had just the right amount of silver beads to give it a classy look, this look rates 15/10. That’s how much we love it.
4. The Sequined Makioba Dress
This dress by Makioba is the perfect hosting dress, and Hilda pulled it off. Pairing this multi-coloured sequined dress with black heels and a slicked-back ponytail, to not distract from the dress, was the right choice.
5. The Black Dinner Gown
Hilda Baci looked so beautiful for the finale show. She wore a black dress with transparent lacy sleeves from KO by Kiki Okewale. Pairing the dress with silver drop earrings and an understated makeup look, Hilda looks classy.
