What was meant to be a day filled with celebration for President Goodluck Jonathan who turned 55 today has been overshadowed with mourning as the number one citizen in Nigeria has lost his brother.
The Presidency is yet to officially issue a statement, but several reports say GEJ’s younger brother Meni Jonathan passed away today, Tuesday, November, 12, 2012 at the State House Clinic, Abuja.
He is said to have been battling with an undisclosed ailment for months and was receiving medical attention in his home state of Bayelsa.
