Three Nollywood actors have been unveiled as ambassadors for laundry detergent brand OMO; Chioma Chukwuka-Akpotha, Ali Nuhu and Funke Akindele were this week introduced to the public as ‘Iconic ambassadors’ for the brand.
The choice of ambassadors seems strategic, covering the three major ethnic groups in Nigeria – Igbo (Chukwuka-Akpotha), Hausa (Nuhu) and Yoruba (Akindele).
Omo is owned and manufactured by Unilever.
