Remember Mohammed Anas? He’s the Ghanaian footballer who made a serious slip of tongue over the weekend. He won the man of the match for his Free State Stars football club and in his post match speech, he gave a bizarre interview where he thanked his wife and girlfriend for supporting him.
In two seconds he became a viral sensation that was seen across the world.
To further complicate things, he has come out to say he actually was referring to his baby daughter as his ‘girlfriend’ in that speech- where he apologized several times for the gaffe.
‘My family knows that I call my daughter my girlfriend. That’s what I was talking about. I don’t have a girlfriend’, he said.
It is not clear yet if his wife of seven years believes this super story but like Falz said, wehdone sir!
