Fashion: How to rock peplum dresses

Peplum dresses are the hottest trend out there right now. Classy and cute, these pieces can be great for work, for fun, and special occasions.

It just matters how long your skirt is and how flirtatious and fun your peplum detail is.  Peplum tops or dresses are characterized by a flare detail at the waistline.

Some Peplum dresses have mesh detailing at the top that help you play a little game of peek-a-boo, while some have cut-outs on the side that show off your waist, adding bit of fun and flirty style to all those staring..

White is a great colour to wear!

You can throw a blazer on this dress, add some colourful pumps, and you’ve got something more appropriate for work.

Peplum detailing does not always have to be extremely fluted out at the waist. In fact, peplum detailing can simply be an over skirt or draping at the waistline.

Some peplum outfits have a cut-out split on the form-fitting skirt, which helps you show off a little leg, while the peplum detail helps to flatter your figure. Some peplum detailing is short and full in the front, and long and flat in the back.

It’s also nice in tweed material, and lace is another option, which gives off a sweet and innocent vibe.

How to Wear:

– You can pair with a clutch and either some sky high heels or tastefully textured flats and hit the streets!

– Also with bold accessories.

– You can throw on some chunky bangles, some printed platforms, your fly-est clutch and WORK!

– Throw some dramatic heels on with the dress and make a statement.
