D’banj premiered his ‘Oliver Twist‘ hit single in the UK on Sunday, May 13, 2012 and within a week, the song has made it to the UK Top 10 National Charts.
The pop star obviously ecstatic about the news took to micro-blogging site Twitter to share the good news, ‘Woooow!!! God is SO good! My people, we broke into the UK Top 10 in the National charts! Oliver Twist is #9!!!! Ooosssshhhee!‘, @iamdbanj tweeted.
D’banj recently signed young pop singer Davido unto a Def Jam Africa label where he is said to be president

@anon,ur a clown joooooor!Lollllll.I think we shld just wish them well jus like u have just done!The only thing i disagree with is ppl discrediting D’banj all in the name of crediting Don Jazzy.They are both great and are extremely talented in their own ways.D’banj CANNOT do wot Don J does and Don J CANNOT do wot D’banj does and like we all kno,their combination was and wld probably be the best ever in the music industry!They both made each other greatly and love each other genuinely tho’ i must admit that i personally think D’banj has a much larger heart than Don J does based on authentic info i have heard so far.Regardless of that,God bless them both and bless us all too.So we’re friends now abi?
