The singer who welcomed a set of twins with husband JAY-Z a month ago was spotted out and about in LA last night looking bootylicious.
Wearing a mini-dress paired with a jacket and sky-high heels, the mother of three joined her husband at a Roc Nation bash for rapper, Vic Mensa.
This would be the singer’s first public appearance since the birth of her twins, Sir and Rumi Carter a month ago.
