Nigeria’s EME Crew was part of the group of celebrities who joined other African stars in Nairobi, Kenya for the first ever taping session of Channel O News, held at the Junction Mall on Saturday, September 15, 2012.
Wizkid, Banky W, Skales, Shaydee and DJ Exclusive attended the event, along with Khuli Chana, Wyre and Camp Mulla.
Also on ground were Channel O VJs Denrele from Nigeria, Jokate from Tanzania, J Town from Ghana, Flavia from Uganda, and Kenya’s Joey Muthengi, who is also a radio show host on Capital FM.
Channel O takes its’ entertainment news from around the continent, and for the first time, Kenya had the privilege of hosting the show.
Banky W and Wizkid were in Kenya in April to shoot their scenes for television drama series Shuga: Love, Sex and Money, for which they also recorded a theme song .
