Singer Oyinkansola “Ayra Starr” Aderibigbe has been voted the Breakout Artiste of the Year (Female) at NET Honours Class of 2022.
For the first time in NET Honours history, 15 new categories were added and fans were allowed to vote to choose the winners in these categories.
NET Honours is an annual people’s choice award presented to deserving individuals in the Nigerian entertainment industry with verified data from Netng via the web and social.
Ayra Starr defeated Fave, Adeyinka Alaseyori, Lade (Omolade Oyetundun) and Ugoccie in a landslide victory to win the award.
She scored 50.2% of the vote followed by Fave who came second with 19.3%. Ugoccie scored 11.4% of the votes followed by Alaseyori who got 11% and Lade who scored 8.1% of the votes.
