Abisoye Fagade, the CEO of Sodium Group, which has under its belt Sodium Brand Solutions, one of Nigeria’s leading marketing communications agencies, recently told Neusroom in an exclusive interview how music and movies define his eventful life.
Being a CEO is highly demanding, so when Fagade is not executing marketing communication plans or attending political meetings, he said, “I’m probably in the corner of my room on my bed, maybe reading something online, watching a movie.”
Influenced by his parents’ choice of music while he was young, Fagade said he likes Yoruba music and the works of late Olubukola Olomola aka Baba Ara and legendary gospel singer Steve Pelemoh aka Brobro feature prominently on his list of favourite songs.
“My life is too eventful, so the only time I enjoy myself is when I’m in my room, I like watching Yoruba movies. I won’t lie to you; I’m an addict. Then listen to music. I love Yoruba music a lot.”
