As Nigerians, there is an unspoken bond that we have with music and we get really excited when new music comes out. Over the past week, some new songs were released. We couldn’t claim to care about you if we didn’t put you on to these mad tunes.
1. Cheque – Zoom Remix featuring Wale and Davido
As if the original wasn’t fire enough, Cheque brought on Nigerian-American rapper Wale and Nigerian artiste Davido to put some extra vibes in this already dope track. E choke!
2. DJ Jism – Saucy featuring Lady Donli
Pairing the sultry vocals of Lady Donli and the upbeat tunes of DJ Jism is a mix that is sure to get us grooving. It’s the end of the year and this song reminds you that you still got that sauce.
3. Take Me – Viveeyan & Jonn Deux
The pop tune has us wishing for a love that we don’t have right now. Viveeyan’s smooth vocals have us dancing in our living room as she sings for her lover assuring him of her love.
4. Show – Veeiye
Vee showed us a bit of her vocal prowess while in the BBNaija House. Now, she’s gone full diva in this new song where she talks about this man who is driving her crazy.
5. Kilofeshe – Zinoleesky
As the vibe king that he is, Zinoleesky put some serious wavy sounds on this track. It may not be a hardcore street anthem, but you’re sure to move your legs when the track comes on.
