Popular TV personality and red carpet princess Yvonne ‘Vixen’ Ekwere is currently not herself, with the loss, yesterday, of her Toyota Camry to robbers.
The car was reportedly stolen in the parking lot of a popular Lagos hotel, while the presenter attended an industry party.
We’re told the Silverbird Televsion presenter had driven her car to the popular Oriental Hotel in Lekki in Lagos, for a Ynaija #Hashtag show on Saturday, July 28, and parked in the other wing of the hotel (which is used as a parking lot).
She did not meet the car there, when she finished at Oriental and tried to leave the venue, according to sources.
‘Vixen was shocked when she couldn’t find her car when she returned an after searching the entire building, it dawned on her that it had been stolen’, a source tells us.
We’re told an attempt to begin a search for the auto-mobile, or trace what could have happened proved very hard as there were no CCTV cameras positioned in that part of the property.
‘Tell anyone who cares to listen, ORIENTAL HOTEL is NOT SAFE! My car disappeared into thin air last night at their parking lot. Be very careful’, an understandably upset Vixen dropped a disclaimer.
She told us over the phone that she’s ‘still in shock ‘and would rather speak with her management first before letting out any information to the press.

She is a liar! Wat nonsense car? She no get motor and it’s the same Oriental hotel she does her major runns with Jasmne and Nalu and all those other video girls. Make she go rest, that’s why Silverbird wil never ask her to host any of their shows, she is just borrowing clothes up and down and using Entertainment weekly to cover her tracks. Is she still rolling with Tiannah sef?
