Domestic violence cases have been on an increase lately and several celebrities have spoken up for victims of the societal menace.
That includes Nollywood actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, who has joined in speaking against men who beat their wives.
‘It is an offence to beat a woman do not beat ur wife if u do just prepare to go to hell,’ Mr. Ibu said.
Cases of domestic violence has increased in recent times especially in Nollywood where actresses, Mercy Aigbe and Tonto Dikeh have alleged that they were physically abused by their spouses.
