
Nigerian movie lovers have been treated to a host of charming newborn photos and announcements from a number of Yoruba actors, which implies the new arrivals of their favourite screen stars will have lots of playmates.
Check out the Yoruba acts who have been blessed with a child so far this year.
1. Olatayo ‘Ijebu’ Amokade

The Yoruba actor, better known as Ijebu, thanked God for the ‘gift of life’ when he announced the arrival of his third daughter to the world on July 11.

2. Deyemi Okanlawon

On Sunday, July 10, 2016, Deyemi Okanlawon and his wife, Damilola welcomed their first child, a baby boy.
New dad Deyemi who got married to Damilola in January 2013 confirmed the birth of his child saying, ‘Now remember when I said I was prepping for my biggest role ever? #Fatherhood 10.07.16′.
3. Gbenro Ajibade

Tinsel actor Gbenro welcomed his first child – a baby girl christened Azariah TiwaTope Osarugue Ajibade – with wife, Osas Monday June 27, 2016 in the United States.
The couple have been trendy since their traditional marriage in Benin State last year June. Their white wedding held in New York.
4. Yomi Gold

Yomi Alore popularly known as Yomi Gold and his wife welcomed their second child on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2016.

The baby was born at the Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Yomi, married to Victoria Ige, a US-based Nigerian nurse. Their first daughter is named Aliyah.
Others stars who have welcomed a baby this year include Nollywood actors, John ‘Mr Ibu’ Okafor and Kenneth Okonkwo, comedians – Akpororo, De Don, Ushbebe, and soccer star Uche Kalu have also welcomed a child this year.
