Responding to an enquiry by NET, his rep had this to say, ‘I’ll say Yes in the affirmative to the question regarding Mr. Julius Agwu’s friendly gesture to his friend and brother, Alariwo of Africa.’
He however revealed that Julius, who himself recently underwent a brain surgery abroad, would have preferred if the matter was left out of the media. ‘Unfortunately, Mr. Julius would have preferred that his kind gesture to a friend remain anonymous but Alariwo couldn’t help nor hide his joy about this kind gesture, hence he opened up about this ‘gentleman agreement’ even against the wish of Mr. Julius,’ the rep added.
Alariwo in a recent interview disclosed that Julius volunteered to donate the sum of $35,000 to his cause. The Afrobeat musician was recently diagnosed of Viaricocele, an issue of vein enlargement in the scrotum.
