Manchester City midfielder, Yaya Toure has been honoured with a framed shirt after making his 100th appearance for Ivory Coast.
The Elephant captain, who received the honour on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, following his side’s 0-0 draw against Cameroon in the 2015 African Cup of Nations qualifiers, took to his Twitter page to share a photo with fellow players, Salomon Kalou and Tallo Gadji as they posed with the frame.
Ivory Coast, quailed with 10 points, coming behind Cameroon who topped the group with 14 points while DR Congo and Sierra Leone who were also in Group D crashed out with 9 and 1 points respectively.
Yaya Toure made his debut in the national team of his country back in 2004.
