American basketball player, Kobe Bryant has tipped Brazil and Argentina to reach the final of the 2014 World Cup.
The five-time NBA champion, who is currently in Brazil for the tournament, hopes to see the host country and the South Americans for the final clash. He also didn’t leave the Germans out of the top contenders, as he admitted to be a football fan.
Speaking with AS sport, the NBA star said: ‘From the age of six to fourteen I played football. It’s my favourite sport and I do not want to miss these great games, which is why I am here, in Brazil. It’s not easy to face Brazil in their own country; I’d like to see a final with both Brazil and Argentina in it. Germany also seem very strong this year and a really hard opponent to beat. I want to see the best teams and the best players here at the World Cup’.
