Les Bleus of France has recorded a second victory in the World cup.
The match, against Switzerland, on Friday, June 20, 2014, at the Arena Fonte Nova, Salvador, saw the impressive French team triumph with a 5 – 2 victory.
Goals from Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud, Blaise Matuidi, Mathieu Valbuena, Karim Benzema and Newcastle forward Moussa Sissoko have boosted France to the second round with six points, after sealing their first victory against Honduras.
France will face Ecuador in their last group stage match, while Switzerland, who won their first match against Ecuador will take on Honduras to gain a place in the round of sixteen.
