Davido, who was robbed in the country only a few days earlier, stormed the stage in a blue Rolls Royce which threw the fans into a frenzied mood. The father of one performed some of his popular singles including his breakout hit, ‘Dami Duro’.
Wizkid on his own part also came on stage in a dramatic fashion but not with another automobile. The Star Boy lead act arrived from underneath the stage and gave a good account of himself with his energetic performance.
Another spectacular performance was that of Darey who performed alongside grammy award winning group, Soweto Gospel Choir.
There were also performances from other African acts including Cassper Nyovest, Victoria Kimani, R2Bees, Anatii, Uhuru amongst others.
