Weeks after smiling home with three awards, including ‘Artiste of the Year‘ at the 2016 MTV MAMAs, Nigerian pop star, Wizkid has won big again.
This time, Wizkid beat fellow African stars Alikiba, Black Coffee, Olamide and Cassper Nyovest to clinch the ‘Best African Act‘ award at the 2016 MTV EMAs that held at the Ahoy Stadium, Rotterdam, The Netherlands on November 6, 2016.

Only 10 days ago, Wizkid was honoured at the MOBO awards in London with the ‘Best African Act’ award.

Pundits continue to tip Wizkid for a Grammy come 2017 given his pretty impressive run in 2016 and his much talked about collabo with Drake on the song ‘One Dance’.
