5 years after the death of his first wife, Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomole found love. The former labour leader led a stunning beauty believed to be in her 30s to the altar on Friday, May 15, 2015.
He got married to Iara Fortes, a beautiful young woman from Cape Verde at a private wedding ceremony at the Etsako West Local Government Council Marriage Registry in Auchi area of Edo State. But no matter how much the governor tried to play down the event, it caused a meltdown on social media especially on Twitter, with several Nigerians having their say.
However, there is only one reason why Nigerians can’t stop talking about the Edo governor’s new wife, her smashing beauty.
The reception held at Oshiomhole’s country home in Iyamho, not far from the registry. The governor, fondly called ‘Osho Baba’ by his supporters and admirers, lost his first wife, Clara in December 2010 after a long battle with cancer. The late wife, whom he credits with several achievements in his life, was 54 years old.
