Reports have it that Justin Bieber has just pulled out of his world tour which has barely started.
Although the singer had touched a few countries like Japan, Singapore and Philippines, Bieber insisted on cancelling the tour.
A source in the singer’s camp explained that he took the decision due to unforeseen circumstances.
