Late songstress Whitney Houston‘s mother has announced plans to write a book about her daughter’s life.
78-year-old Cissy Houston is reportedly aiming to set the record straight about the troubled life of her superstar daughter, Whitney, before her death in February 2012 at the age of 48.
Cissy, who published her own memoir titled ‘How Sweet the Sound‘ in 1998, said there are too many lies about her daughter and she would love to clear the air about them.
This is the second of such developments, as Bebe Winans, who was Whitney’s close friend, has said he plans to detail his friendship with the star in his soon-to-be released book, ‘The Whitney I Knew’.
