A groom with cold feet, hostile in-laws, torn wedding dress, confused robber; a wedding party couldn’t go any more wrong.
This is the dramatic theme of a Kemi Adetiba-directed movie, The Wedding Party which stars singer Banky W as the groom and Adesua Etomi as his bride.
But Banky is skeptical about spending the rest of his life with just one woman, Richard Mofe-Damijo and Ireti Doyle are the parents not so fond of their daughter-in-law, and Ali Baba … well, is Ali Baba.
We couldn’t help but think, is Mr Capable’s cold feet in the movie a true reflection of why he hasn’t taken the bold step with marriage yet?
