According to the producer of a play showing in Lagos this weekend, all he wants is a better Nigeria which respects her citizens as well as unlimited opportunities for the people.
Titled ‘Dear Country,’ the play is showing at Terra Kulture today for the second weekend running, produced and directed by Ikenna Jude Okpala.
In his words, ‘We just want a better Nigeria and the play, which is a powerful reflection of events in the world’s most populated black nation, is our way of putting that across,’ Ikenna says.
‘Showing at Terrakulture, Tiamiyu Savage, Victoria Island, Lagos for 3pm and 6pm on Sunday, May 10, Nigeria is for us all, we should try our best to make sure that this dear country survives. It is our collective duty to make this work,’ he added.
