Lagos based designer, Wana Sambo, has accused a former employee of attempted theft and assault.
In a statement posted on her Instagram page, Sambo described Adekunle Adedayo as violent and alleged that he manhandled her recently in her Lekki office, after she had fired him.
According to her, the sacked employee refused to accept his letter but, along with his mother and brother, returned to the office under the pretext of apologising.
However, once they were in her office, he launched an attack on her, damaging some of her property and breaking her thumb.
‘These acts are considered barbaric, inhuman, repulsive and unbecoming of a civilized citizen and a human who was never mistreated at his work place. His mother and brothers actions are completely insane!‘, part of the statement read.
Efforts to reach Adedayo to confirm this story remained unsuccessful as at the time of publication.
