Her career further got a boost when she emerged runner-up at the MTVBase organised Advanced Warning (a reality music show) which was won by Durella. She then went on to record her own songs which were widely accepted across the country and beyond.
The delectable single mother of one, who graduated with a degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka has continued to serenade us with popular hits like Onye featuring Tiwa Savage, I Wish and Oko mi. Her debut album, Words Are Not Just Enough (WAJE) was released in 2013. She has also recorded songs with top music acts like MI Abaga, Banky W, Muna and Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz.
Waje is a year older today, September 1, 2015 and she has revealed that she has a new name. Waje now wants to be called Victory!
