VIDEO: 2face, M.I, Naeto C, Ice Prince, Brymo, BEZ perform at SXSW 2012

Nigerian acts, pop star 2face Idibia, rapper Naeto C, Choc Boiz M.I, Ice Prince, BrymO and Jazz-Soul singer Bez on Friday, March 16, 2012 made the country proud as they delivered electrifying live performances at the South by South West (SXSW) music festival in Austin, Texas.

Powered by digital content company Spinlet, the Nigerian/African performance slot was a first of its kind.

While the likes of 2face, Bez and Ghanaian rapper Blitz Tha Ambassador excitedly thrilled the crowd with live performances of their songs, we’re told Naeto C, M.I, Ice Prince and BrymO lip-synched to their songs while their audio CDs played in the background, defeating the purpose of a live show.

But from watching the videos below, the fans were still happy to watch the Nigerian acts perform.
