According to TMZ , Luchiano says he left his mixtape on the Miami rapper’s doorstep two months ago.
He then received a call from Ross’ lawyer, inviting him to his office.
He says he was set up in a sting operation because police arrived and arrested him on misdemeanor criminal trespassing charges.
Authorities say Luchiano jumped a fence to reach Ross’ house and posted pictures online of himself on the property.
He says he used a side path to reach Ross’ doorstep and did not jump a fence. Luchiano bailed out for $3,500.
Ross security team says that the Maybach Music Group rapper was not involved in the sting operation.
