The movie, an adaptation of Femi Osofisan’s book, features Funke Akindele, Wole Ojo and Olumide Bakare, and tells the story of a helpless woman who struggles to raise her son who eventually rises to become an international football star.
The movie was released in 2012 and attracted positive reviews, nominations and awards, including the Africa Movie Academy Awards for Best Nigerian Film.
