Tottenham football club supporters were caught up in violence last night ahead of their team’s Europa League match with Lazio in Rome, Italy.
NET gathered that this took place after an organized gang orchestrated an unprovoked attack that left 10 people injured including one man needing surgery following a stab wound to his chest.
According to reports, Ashley Mills was stabbed in the chest and needs to be operated so as to save his life from the mysterious injury which can lead to death; he’s in the San Camillo Hospital in Rome.
Another victim 60-year-old Christopher Allen who was in Rome with his brother-in-law for a double birthday celebration and game, said: ‘In the bar it was very nice, very civilised. There was some chanting.
Speaking on the scene, Allen was still wearing the blood stained shirt and trousers, he said ‘I went outside the bar with my brother in law for a cigarette, when I looked up, I saw a big gang of lad were approaching us pulling scarves up around their faces and that’s when the troubled started.
Two other Tottenham supporters, Stephen Tierney and Dave Lesley have already been discharged with light injuries to the face and head.
The Santo Spirito Hospital director revealed Allen who was severely injured will likely be discharged tomorrow…
