As the tributes and eulogies flow at the service of songs held in honour of departed media personality Tosyn Bucknor, artiste manager Osagie Okunkpolor has revealed her beginning in the music business, crediting her to teaching her all she knows.
Osagie whose work has included managing artistes like Wizkid and Skales in the past and currently, Reminisce and Timaya, was giving a moving eulogy in honour of Tosyn.
“I met Tosyn when I was in my third year at the University of Lagos”, she said. “I ended up being a PA. Tosyn taught me everything I know about talent management… She believed in me before I believed in myself, before anyone believed in me… Because of Tosyn, my sister got her first job with her elder sister Funke.”
Osagie is one of the many speakers at the ongoing service of songs/night of tributes held in celebration of Tosyn’s life.
